Griffin's Choco-ade are back!!

The Great Kiwi Comeback – thanks Amber Johnson! Posted 12th July 2012

After more than two decades absence, those delicious orangey, chocky bikkies from the 80s are back! And it’s all thanks to Kiwi mum Amber Johnson who started a Facebook crusade to get Griffin’s to bring back Choco-ades.

Amber’s Facebook campaign lead to a groundswell of support that we at Griffin's soon noticed. It was put to the public and more than 14,500 votes were cast by New Zealanders for the return of the popular biscuit.

In early July, just over a year after Amber started her Choco-ade crusade, the delicious orangey, jammy, chocky bikkies from the 80s returned to our supermarket shelves.
