Delicious, quick and easy to make this slice is a scrumptious combination of gooey marshmallow, dried fruit and nuts, that you can just pop in the freezer and have ready in 15 minutes.
1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together except for the coconut.
2. On a large board roll the mixture out to a “log” shape. Roll in coconut and wrap in aluminium foil.
3. Store in the freezer.
4. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut into slices.
