Coconut Lemon Squares

Instructions:

Melt butter with condensed milk over low heat until combined.

Crush biscuits finely, add lemon rind and coconut.

Add butter and condensed milk to biscuit mixture and mix well.

Press into a well greased slice tin.

Refridgerate to set

When set ice with Lemon Icing.

Ingredients:

Base

1/2 C Sweetened Condensed Milk

125g Butter

1 Packet of Griffin's Milk Arrowroot biscuits

Grated rind from 1 lemon

1 C Coconut

 

Icing

1 3/4 C Icing Sugar

3T Lemon Juice

15g Butter

2T Coconut
