Yummy Chocolate Fudge Slice

A delicious and easy slice that anyone in the family can make.

Instructions:

  1. Crush biscuits - can do in a food processor if you prefer the crumbs very fine
  2. Melt butter, sugar and cocoa
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in egg and vanilla essence
  4. Mix biscuit crumbs into chocolate mixture
  5. Poor into a well greased or lined baking tin
  6. Refridgerate to set.

Extra delicious if you add chocolate icing when set.

Ingredients:

125g Butter

1/2 C Sugar

1T Cocoa

1 Egg

1tsp Vanilla Essence

1 Packet of Griffin's Malt or Milk Arrowroot
