Yummy Chocolate Fudge Slice
A delicious and easy slice that anyone in the family can make.

Instructions:
- Crush biscuits - can do in a food processor if you prefer the crumbs very fine
- Melt butter, sugar and cocoa
- Remove from heat. Stir in egg and vanilla essence
- Mix biscuit crumbs into chocolate mixture
- Poor into a well greased or lined baking tin
- Refridgerate to set.
Extra delicious if you add chocolate icing when set.
Ingredients:
125g Butter
1/2 C Sugar
1T Cocoa
1 Egg
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Packet of Griffin's Malt or Milk Arrowroot
